This service includes being able to ask questions about the process and decision making with having maintenance and preventive work done.  The consumer can ask about recommended work that should be done based on mileage, age, prior work done, etc.  In addition, the consumer can ask questions about which products to purchase, such as what tires best fit the consumer’s application, performance needs, longevity, comfort, and budget.  CarHarmony.net can guide the consumer with how to keep track of schedules, and how to proceed with work whether that be performing the work on his/her own or having it done by an independent shop.  This will likely save the average consumer with time and money by making the best informed decisions in a budget friendly manner.  This level can be considered a la carte and as needed.

Introductory Subscription

This service includes having access to CarHarmony.net on a consistent and monthly basis where the consumer can check in and ask questions as this occurs from basic to intermediate preventative maintenance, problem solving, and diagnosing.   

Introductory Plus

This service includes helping the consumer with the process and decision of having repair work done.  It can be very confusing and overwhelming for a person to be faced with a costly and panicked car repair bill.  Often times people who do not perform their own work on their cars will just simply take it to the closest repair shop.  And while there are many skilled and trustworthy mechanics out there, people often feel anxious and unsure of their decisions when presented with an extensive list of “recommended” work.  A brake job for example, may be quoted at $800 for just the front brakes when it may not be clear what work is actually being done or what is actually required.  On average, front brake pads may only cost $60 in parts, front rotors $150 to replace or $40 to resurface, and calipers $200.  So for just over $400 in parts, sourced by the customer and paying a shop around $85 per hour, the shop should be able to change all of those parts in about one hour leaving the actual total around $500 instead of $800.  Saving $300.  In some cases, even more money can be saved because often most brake repairs would include just new pads and perhaps resurfacing the existing rotors.  Saving close to $600 off of that initial quote.  CarHarmony.net can help make these decisions and give information for a small fee so that the consumer can calculate the best course of action.
